Huawei is sending a new EMUI 10 update for Huawei P30 and Huawei P30 Pro users, the new update comes on EMUI 10 version 10.1.0.195 and adds the Android December 2020 security patch update.
Huawei EMUI 11 beta program under process and both devices are eligible to grab this update as per the official roadmap Huawei P30 and P30 Pro users will get the stable EMUI 11 in March 2021.
The December 2020 security update currently rolling out in India and European users gradually it will take few days to reach everyone. And the latest EMUI 10.1.0.195 comes with an update size of 149MB.

You should be able to progressively receive the update over-the-air (OTA) on your phones via the HiCare app, or you can manually check for the update, go to System > Software update > Check for updates.
