Realme X2 F.23 OTA update fixes proximity sensor issue
Realme X2 is the most popular smartphone in the company’s mid-range series. Which is recently got the latest skin Realme UI 2.0 with Android 11. But users are facing many problems after this update, one of them is the problem of not turning off the screen light when lifting the phone to your ear during a call.

However, the company has started rolling out the F.23 OTA update for the Realme X2 which fixes the problem of the proximity sensor i.e. the screen light will turn off automatically when the phone is held near the ear while calling.
The latest update also improves system stability and performance, it carries a build number RMX1991EX_11_F.23 or RMX1991AEX_11_F.23. Realme is rolling out the update in batches, therefore it may take some time for the OTA to reach all units. To check if the update is available for your device, navigate to Settings > System > System Updates.
