Oppo has been working on pushing the limits of battery life on its smartphones these days, and now a digital chat station has confirmed that the brand’s upcoming phones could come with a massive 7000 mAh battery. Although Oppo is yet to officially confirm these models, specifications highlight that the brand could launch the Find X8 and Find X8 Pro in this segment.

Well, Oppo’s upcoming flagship models are the Find X8 and Find X8 Pro, which could use silicon-carbon technology. However, the brand has already crossed the 5000 mAh limit using this technology. These batteries offer more capacity even in less space.

According to this leak, Oppo could bring bigger battery options in its next phone. For this, the brand could use a 6,285 mAh battery in one device and an impressive 6,850 mAh battery for the other device. Apart from this, 80W SuperVOOC wired charging technology can be used to power this battery, but there is no information about wireless charging.

Several other tipsters also claimed this month that Xiaomi can soon bring a phone with a 7000 mAh battery to the market, which will also support 90W charging. The Snapdragon 8s Elite or 8s Gen 4 chipset can be used in this. Apart from this, no other brand has announced a device with this big battery.

The strategic move of the brand can give all users a device with a big battery, which will take Oppo ahead in this area with limited infrastructure. This new technology will be able to give a new experience to gamers, multitaskers, and users. This is expected to increase the battery life, performance, and other features of the device.

While Oppo has not officially released detailed specs and a launch date, these rumored devices are expected to strengthen its portfolio across various price segments and further its commitment to innovation and user-centric features.
