Oppo Announces ColorOS 15 with Many New Features Powered By AI

Oppo has officially announced ColorOS 15, the latest version of the Android 15-based operating system. It will be powered by many new features and advanced AI capabilities. Globally, ColourOS 15 developed to provide a richer, customizable experience for users. This new ColorOS 15 will integrate advanced AI-powered functionalities with improved performance, privacy, and design enhancements. 

ColorOS 15 UI Details

This new upcoming skin can be first seen in the Find X8 Series, which will also have new icons, dynamic lighting effects, natural lighting, and UI. It will also have a new Aurora and Tidal Engine system-level rendering that will allow users to quickly switch between app animations and apps. The new skin comes with several app improvements, including an 18% improvement in app responsiveness and 26% faster app installations. 

Oppo will also bring AI with a new design, separating the notification shade from the control centre. You can also use XiaoBu Assistant and Circle to Search in ColorOS 15. Apart from this, Oppo will now bring overhauled AI image processing to its devices with One-touch personality and reflection removal, blur removal for portraits and a great image upscaling feature. 

EIS support can also be brought for live photos, and Oppo can now format, translate and summarize notes. It can also provide the facility to summarize and transcribe the voice recorder. This new ColorOS 15 will come with Oppo Find X8 series and OnePlus 13 devices in China. 

However, this new skin ColorOS 15 will also be available on several other devices, including the Find X7 series, Find N3, Find N3 Flip and OnePlus Ace 3 series. The update will start rolling out this November, and the brand has also released a roadmap for other devices that mentions when all the devices will get the update.
