Realme regularly provides OTA updates for its old and new smartphones, and Narzo 50A which is the latest smartphone of Narzo series is receiving September 2021 security patch with Narzo 10 smartphones.
Realme UI 3.0 Roadmap: Early Access Android 12 Update Plan [Official]
The latest update optimizes the system performance and improves system stability and improves the camera quality of Narzo 10 device. The update carries build numbers RMX3430_11_A.05 for Narzo 50A and RMX2040_11_C.09 for Narzo 10.

As mentioned earlier, Realme will roll out the update in a phased manner. A handful of smartphones will get the update first and the rest of the smartphones will receive the update in the next few days.
Realme hasn’t mentioned the size of these updates, however, it is recommended to update your smartphones using a strong Wi-Fi connection and while the device is charging. To manually check for the update, head to Settings > System > System updates.
