It’s October, Yet OnePlus Nord Gets September 2023 Security Update
Many smartphones of OnePlus have received the latest OxygenOS 14 beta update. Some smartphones are still receiving last month’s security patch. These also include the OnePlus Nord smartphone, which has started receiving the September 2023 security update.
According to the changelog, this latest update has improved performance and also fixed minor bugs that were present since the last update. Since this is a monthly security patch update, don’t expect changes to the system UI with this update, but you may notice some minor changes and improvements after installing this update.
The OnePlus Nord device is getting the latest September 2023 security patch with its identified firmware version AC2001_11.F.22. Currently, the update is being rolled out for Indian regions. Still, soon, the company will make it widely available across all regions.
Unlike other updates, the new September 20023 security update for the OnePlus Nord is being released in batches, which means it will arrive on a limited number of devices initially. The company will release this new update widely in the coming days.
How To Update:
To update your OnePlus Nord, first, you have to go to Settings, scroll down and click on About Device >> Click on OxygenOS version. After this, you will see the new firmware. First of all, you have to download the update and tap on Download to download it. After this, tap on Install Now.
OnePlus, on the other hand, is working on the next major upgrade – OxygenOS 14, which is based on Android 14. The Chinese OEM has started the closed beta program for its devices, and it will be gradually expanded to more markets in the coming days. However, OnePlus Nord device users will not be eligible for the OxygenOS 14 update.
