Google To Introduce The New Gemini App to Headphones
A week ago, Google rebranded its old and most popularly used Bard to Gemini, and with that, the company has also replaced the Google Assistant with Gemini on smartphones, focusing just on the smartphone form factor. Now, it’s been reported that the most popular search engine, Google, is bringing the Gemini app to headphones.
In the meantime, heading deep into the latest Google app beta (15.6) version, it’s been noticed that Google is aiming to introduce an all-new Gemini app in order to make it accessible on headphones. Gather this information through the string mentioned below:
- <string name=”assistant_onboarding_bisto_error_message”> The Gemini mobile app is working on expanding its availability to make it accessible on your headphones</string>.
This above-mentioned string provides a major hint with respect to the expansion of the Gemini AI, while Google has already clarified that the company is currently focusing on bringing the Gemini AI-powered capabilities to Android and iOS devices first.
However, there’s no confirmation regarding the schedule of the new Gemini app to arrive on the headphones; nevertheless, it’s highly hoped that this application will arrive for all as soon as possible. At the same time, it will be interesting to look forward to how Google will implement the Gemini on the headphones.
Furthermore, the company hasn’t revealed yet when the Gemini will arrive in other aspects, including smartwatches, wearOS, smart speakers, and more. Still, it’s obvious that Google is going to take some time to implement the Gemini on these devices as well.
