Will Google Support The Inclusion of YouTube Premium to Google One?
Google offers more storage when you run out of the by-default 15GB of free storage in the form of Google One, which is the paid subscription service. Google One distributes its storage space across several other Google services, including Drive, Photos, and Gmail, respectively. But despite that, is the Google One subscription ever going to include YouTube Premium?
However, the answer could be no! There are some significant reasons behind it: the Fitbit Premium has been integrated with the Google One Premium, which perfectly makes the value for money, as the Google One Premium subscription is priced at $9.99/month. Also, the integration of Google One and Fitbit Premium offers both value and the utilization of some of the best premium features.
On the flip side, with the $13.99 of YouTube Premium, Google has left more or less margin within this price point, while the integration of Google One and YouTube Premium will certainly impact Google’s plan. With that, the margin left by Google from the YouTube premium is not enough, as the company has to pay for YouTube’s maintenance, servers, and bandwidth, while some cost is left for paying for YouTube music rights and content creators.
In addition, Google can do even better and make some significant changes to its subscription strategies. The company should probably offer an all-in-one Google Subscription service, which includes all the key Google services.
