After the success of the Redmi 12 series, Xiaomi has yet to leave any stone unturned in developing the Redmi 13 series. Sadly, Redmi 13 series smartphones will not be available in the global market. Xiaomi has decided not to launch it in the global market, and it remains to be seen where this device will be launched.
Redmi 13 5G will be one of the affordable mid-range smartphones of Xiaomi, which can also be the flagship model of the company. The device is expected to offer significant improvements over the previous series as the Redmi 13 5G will be powered by the Snapdragon 4th Gen 2 (SM4450).
The Redmi 13 5G may be codenamed “breeze” and have an internal model number of “N19.” There is more speculation about this new device than the previous Redmi 12 5G, which was also not available for sale in the global and Japanese markets. Redmi 13 5G is expected to be released only in the Indian and Chinese markets.
Redmi 13 5G has been spotted with three model numbers—2406ERN9CI,2406ERN9CC and 24066PC95I—which reveal the markets where the device will be sold. The model number “2406ERN9CI” refers to the Indian variant, while the model number 2406ERN9CC indicates the Chinese markets.
According to rumours, the Redmi 13 5G will be sold under the POCO brand in the Indian market with model number “24066PC95I”, which will likely be the POCO M7 Pro 5G. However, this is just speculation and has not been confirmed by the company. Both these upcoming devices may come with HyperOS Software. The internal HyperOS build of the Redmi 13 5G is said to be OS1.0.1.0.UNWCNXM, and this version is based on Android 14.
