Motorola Edge 50 Fusion was launched in India on 16 May. There was speculation that it would prove to be the most affordable and feature-rich handset with great specifications. After this, the company confirmed that this model with a 6.7” FHD+, 144Hz pOLED display, Snapdragon 7s Gen 2, and IP68 rating has been launched in India for just Rs.22,999.

Looking deeper into the key specifications, the display comes with a 6.7” inch, 2400 x 1080 pixels, FHD+, 10-bit OLED endless Edge Display, HDR10+, 144Hz refresh rate, 360Hz touch sampling rate, up to 1600 nits peak brightness, and these features are protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. 

The device’s processor uses Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 4nm with Adreno 710 for the GPU, 8GB/12GB LPDDR4X RAM, and 256 GB/512GB storage. It will run on Android 14, which will receive three OS updates.

The device may include a dual camera setup, including a 50 MP with OIS and Sony LYT-700C, a 13 MP ultra-wide camera with macro options, and a 32 MP camera with Quad Pixel Technology for selfies. 

Under the hood, the device packs a 5,000 mAh battery with 68W fast charging. The other specifications include a USB Type-C, Stereo Speakers, Dolby Vision, in-display fingerprint sensors and IP68 for water and dust resistance. It supports Wi-Fi – 6, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, USB and NFC. The dimension of the device is 161.9 x 73.1 x 7.9 mm, and the weight is 174.9 gms. The handset comes in three colour options – Hot Pink, Marshmallow Blue Vegan and Sleek Forest Blue.
