A New Design of a Device From HMD Has Been Revealed

After HMD’s Vibe and Pulse series, the company can now unveil HMD Skyline soon. The design of the HMD Skyline can look similar to that of the that of the Nokia Lumia. After this, the company can launch another HMD smartphone named “Atlas.” These devices will be launched soon in global markets, but it is expected to be seen first in the US. 

HMD Skyline: 

The HMD Skyline looks similar to the Nokia Lumia 920 with its bright yellow color and boxy design. This upcoming device also has a punch-hole selfie camera with an in-display fingerprint sensor on the front, and it also has very sharp edges and slightly thick bezels. 

We can also wish for some specifications in this upcoming device, like the fact that the HMD Skyline can have an FHD+ OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Also, this smartphone will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 SoC. The camera of this device can also have a triple camera setup with a 108 MP primary sensor, an ultra-wide sensor, a macro and a depth sensor, while it can also have a 32 MP front camera for selfies. 

Under the hood, the HMD Skyline can have a 4,900 mAh battery with 33W fast charging support. This device has an IP67 rating for dust and water resistance. The handset can come in only one configuration. It will have an 8GB or 256GB variant, which can be priced at 520 euros and around Rs. 47,400 in India. The company can launch this device globally in July. 

HMD Atlas: 

On the other hand, talking about the HMD Atlas, it has a flat body with a punch-hole camera on the front, curved edges, and an olive green shade. It is expected to have a 6.64-inch FHD+ display with a 120-Hz refresh rate. Additionally, the device is expected to be equipped with a Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 SoC and paired with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. 

For the camera, the device sports a 48 MP primary camera, a 5 MP ultra wide camera, and a depth sensor, while there is also a 16 MP front camera. The HMD Atlas will come with a fast charging facility and is expected to house a 5,500 mAh battery with Quick Charge 4.0 technology. Other specification options include 5G, NFC, a microSD card slot, and a 3.5 mm headphone jack. This handset will also come in only one configuration, which is 8/128 GB, priced at $239.99. The company is currently tight-lipped about the India launch of both of these devices.
