Chrome Enhances Browsing History for Better User Understanding

It’s easier for users to look at Google Chrome history and try to remember who was directed to a site through an app rather than browsing on Chrome. To address this history, Google is changing Chrome and indicating whether a site was visited through a third-party app.
Chrome Enhances Browsing History
According to the official post by Artem Russakovsky, Google Chrome History now tells you if a site was visited through a Google app or a third-party app like Google News. Nice,” It credits Hamza Malik for identifying the change.
With this new feature, you can see changes in Google Chrome that support it. It shows one of the three entries indicating the app next to the URL of the site visited through those apps. This change won’t make much of a difference to Chrome, but it could prove to be helpful.
While the page history is recorded when a user browses news articles, other information, or entertainment, the history of the page is recorded in Chrome as well through an app, but it will also have the app’s URL. This change helps to give a little clarity to the user.
