Google Pixel August 2024 Update Now Rolled out To The Devices
The August 2024 Android security bulletin is rolled out for the eligible devices. Now Google Pixel August 2024 Update is rolled out with security patch, while the other side, Android 15 is still awaiting to be stable. However, many devices were facing various issues, out of which 11 security issues were resolved in the Android 14 August patch of 2024-08-01.
Google Pixel August 2024 Update Brings New Improvements With Fixes Many Vulnerabilities
Apart from this, some other 35 issues were also resolved with 2024-08-05. This update release is delayed a bit but the Pixel Watch update also came yesterday. The previous bulletin for Google devices also mentioned five additional security fixes with the global build.
However, Google Pixel August 2024 Update made several changes, including display and graphics fixes for the screen brightness flickering issue in some scenarios. Along with this, general improvements are also made to performance and stability. The system is fixing issues that are causing the device to get into a reboot loop after a factory reset in some situations.
Along with this, the user interface fixes stability issues when switching from a screen lock to a screen lock. On the other hand, the list of devices that are going to receive this update is released below –
