Funtouch OS 15 beta rollout timeline and eligible Vivo and iQOO devices

Vivo’s upcoming software development includes a new version, Funtouch OS 15. This new software can be seen in the Vivo X100 Series, Vivo X Fold3 Pro, and iQOO 12 Series, which can come with AI, computational photography, super-resolution, animations, icons, wallpapers, frame interpolation features, etc.

Funtouch OS 15 Features

Funtouch OS 15 based on Android 15 will be able to provide better performance, higher personalization, and improved functionality. Vivo improves app startup time and high-load scenarios by up to 15% using a scheduling model. New memory enhancement technology increases its compression speed by up to 40%, which also reduces smooth multitasking and GPU consumption. 

Vivo’s new Origin Animation will provide a new experience with its icons, widgets, and new animations. In this, the new skin also adds a new lighting speed engine and the Aqua dynamic effect system. The Funtouch OS 15 also features new colors, fonts, and over 3800 redesigned wallpapers in a customized interface. 

This new upcoming skin also includes impressive wallpapers, bigger icons, and large folders. The screen on/off animations is included with the calling background. In the AI features, it can also get the AI Erase feature and other options. For the languages, the AI can add new translations and transcriptions of spoken on-screen content. 

The Funtouch OS 15 AI image lab uses artificial intelligence to improve photo quality and remove shadows from documents. For gamers, this new update can also allow Ultra Game Mode users to change their settings at the time of playing games. It also includes the features of Game Small Window and Link to Windows. 

With Funtouch OS 15 , users can easily sync content between the device and PC for file sharing, viewing photos, and other new features. It can also be used to annotate screen recordings through S-Capture, which can record multiple audio tracks and control microphone volume and system sound recordings.
