• Enter Instagram and tap on the Plus icon at the bottom 

• Choose the picture you want to post

• Directly tap Next option at the top right corner if you do not want to add any filters provided below.
• Here, under the Audience section, select the Close Friends option.

• Once selected, tap on Share button to share your post on Instagram, as this will direct your post only to those whom you have selected as your close friends.
