OPPO Reno gets May 2021 security patch – ColorOS 11 early access beta- The OPPO Reno, a mid-range flagship smartphone from OPPO, was launched in April 2019 with Android 9.0 based on ColorOS 6 on board. While the phone hasn’t received the Android 11-based ColorOS 11 stable update yet. OPPO has released a new software update with last month’s security patch to the device.
The Chinese tech giant OPPO has started rolling out a new software update to the OPPO Reno in Asia. The latest software, which bears firmware version CPH1917EX_11_C.39 on Android 10, includes the May 2021 security patch. The update could roll out to other markets over the next few days.

However, the company has released the beta version of ColorOS 11 for early access users in India and will soon release the stable version.

How to apply ColorOS 11 early access beta
- Click Settings App
- Then go into Software Update
- Click the settings icon on the screen
- Tap on Apply for Beta Version
- Update Beta Version
- And then follow the guide to apply.
