Redmi Note 8 Pro starts receiving October 2021 security update

As usual, no new features or changes were noted in this release apart from the firmware version and increasing the system security of the device.
The update comes with the software version V12.5.3.0.RGGCNXM in China and V12.5.5.0.RGGINXM for India is based on Android 11 and users will have to download a 2.5 GB package to install the update.
