One of the major issues upon the release of PUBG New State was the in-game purchases. Players did not receive NCs after paying the money. Also, the store showed a glitch where every amount of NCs showed the same price, i.e., of 0.99$.
However, the devs have addressed the issue as they stated on their official website:
“Since the global launch on November 11, many Survivors have been experiencing issues while dropping into the Battlegrounds of PUBG: NEW STATE. Our last maintenance on November 12 aimed to address many of these. One of the issues we wanted to address separately in this notice related to in-game shop purchases, where Survivors who purchased items did not receive them in-game.“

- Issue Details: If users purchased items or Survivor Passes from the in-game shop during this time but did not receive their purchases in-game, they can contact the devs directly in-game by going to:
