PUBG New State undergoes emergency maintenance; Several accounts get blocked
Today, on November 25, PUBG New State went under emergency maintenance again and as a result, several accounts got temporarily blocked. Players were stunned by this sudden interruption as some of them could not access the game anymore. Their profiles were blocked by Krafton.
However, to the community’s relief, the developers have provided an elaborate explanation regarding the emergency maintenance and how players can get back their blocked accounts.

PUBG New State developers schedule an emergency server maintenance and apologize for blocked accounts
Today, between 8:00 UTC – 8:15 UTC, the server of PUBG New State went down as players couldn’t access the game. After the game was relaunched, some of the players found out that their accounts were temporarily blocked. Here is what the devs published on the official website:
“On November 25, PUBG: NEW STATE underwent an emergency maintenance for a short time due to the following issue. The accounts affected by this issue have been temporarily restricted from accessing the game while we retrieve these items and rectify the issue.“

The issue was identified as an issue where certain in-game items could be mistakenly claimed by certain accounts.

However, players need not worry as for those whose accounts have been temporarily blocked, access to their account will be restored once the update process is complete. The devs also said that they will be sending compensation rewards to those accounts in their in-game mailboxes.

The devs further apologized:
“We sincerely apologize to all Survivors affected by this issue and to those whose accounts have been blocked in particular. We hope that you will all join us as we continue to improve the PUBG: NEW STATE and the Battlegrounds of 2051.”
