Krafton officially reveals BGIS 2021 format and schedule

Today, a few hours back, BGMI officially revealed the format and schedule of iQOO BGIS The Grind tournament. BGIS The Grind tournament is one of the largest online esports tournaments hosted by BGMI in collaboration with iQOO.

Players are looking forward to this championship as besides renowned teams, regular gamers can also create their own squads and participate here.

This article shares the list of officially invited teams for BGIS 2021 and also explains the official format and schedule of the tournament as revealed by Krafton.

BGIS 2021 The Grind official format and schedule

Here is the detailed format and schedule of BGIS 2021 The Grind as revealed by Krafton today:

Format & schedule

League Stage: The League stage will be played from December 2 – December 10. The invited 32 teams will be divided into 4 groups. They will then play the matches in Round Robin format for 6 days. At the end of the day, there will be 16 teams left who will qualify. Only 6 teams will qualify for the Finals.

Final Stage: The Finals will be played on December 11 & 12. The qualified 16 teams will play a series of 10 matches. At the end of the 10th match, the team at the top of the leaderboard will be crowned champion.
