Earlier today, the developers have sincerely apologized to all the players and have also sent free compensation rewards in their in-game mailboxes. The login issue in PUBG New State was actually an issue regarding cloud server management. Here is what the developers stated on their official website:
“There was a login issue regarding the cloud server managing at 12/07, 18:00 ~ 12/08, 02:00 (UTC). The issue has now been resolved, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. We are sending in-game compensation for the inconvenience caused by these issues.“

The server was down from 11:30 PM to 7:30 AM IST, and players were not able to log in to the game during that duration.
