OnePlus Open Price & Sale Details Revealed Ahead of Launch On October 19

OnePlus, through sharing a post on X, formerly Twitter, officially revealed that the first foldable of the brand, named OnePlus Open, will take the floor on October 19 in Mumbai. Now, recent reports are leaking many more details about the device, such as price and specifications, days before the event. In this article, we are discussing the details of the OnePlus Open. 

OnePlus Open Price In India: Report Says 

The brand only revealed the launching date of the device, and the price is not yet disclosed officially. But now the well-known tipster Abhishek Yadav has suggested on X, formerly Twitter, that the OnePlus Open could be priced at Rs 1,39,999. Noticeably, it is not official information and is just based on expectations and rumors. So, the fans are advised to wait until the launch to know about the confirmed details. The cited source also reveals that the first sale of OnePlus’ first foldable will take place on October 27. 

OnePlus Open Expected Specification 

There have been a lot of specification leaks before. Let’s see what is new in the recent leaks. The leaks are saying that the OnePlus Open will feature a dual-display setup; the inner will be powered by an AMOLED display that is said to be 7.8 inches in size, along with a refresh rate of 120Hz and 2K resolution. On the flip side, the outer AMOLED display will be 6.31 inches with a refresh rate of 120Hz. 

The leaks are indicating that the forthcoming Open will be run on Android 13 OS-based on OxygenOS 13.2 even after Google rolled out Android 14. The other spec is it will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset. Along with the support of LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.0 storage, multitasking, and app performance are expected to be lightning-fast. Whereas the memory package will include 16GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage. The teaser image revealed by the company already assures that there will be an Alert Slider, too, which is available on a few selected OnePlus smartphones. 

However, all of this information is based on leaks and rumors, so the fans are advised to wait for the official revelation or till the device gets launched.
