The Samsung Galaxy S24 series is the latest flagship device of the year and has brought several high-end devices. The company has introduced several top-notch specifications that provide a true user experience of any hardware or software functionality.
As the device belongs to the Galaxy S series, the company has done tremendous work in bringing high-end camera modules capable of capturing high-quality photos and video; however, some issues still remain that limit its functioning. Here, we are talking about automatic exposure, which cannot capture an expected photo with a specific zoom.
According to the reports, when you use the auto exposure lock with the specific ratio of Zoom 1.6~1.9x and 4.6~9.9x, it will not be able to take the photo in the desired lighting, so the photos refer to dark color.
After addressing the issues, Samsung officials confirmed that the fix is under development and will soon provide the proper software to eradicate it. However, the company hasn’t told us the exact date when the software will be available for the devices. Still, we hope it will be available with the next security patch update, i.e., April 2024.
In case you don’t know about the Autofocus lock, the autoexposure lock is a function that provides stability for the focus and exposure by locking the automation. To use it, you must tap on the screen anywhere to bring the focus and auto explorer. Now, here you will see a lock shape icon, then tap on it. When you tap on it, you will get the stability in exposure and focus you have locked even after moving the device rapidly from one place to another.
