OnePlus has also revealed OxygenOS 14.1 and its developed AI features

At the Summer launch event on July 16, OnePlus devices and software features were revealed. This new OxygenOS 14.1 software will be used in midrange devices, and it includes many new AI features and functional improvements. In addition, many developed features for cameras and gaming can be bought. 

OxygenOS 14.1 AI Feature

OnePlus devices will now be powered by OxygenOS 14.1 through AI. This software is capable of providing many AI features and tools that work seamlessly in the device to improve the user’s daily life and experience. These AI features include activities like photography, writing, voice interaction, and connectivity for the device. 

Picture Perfect AI Feature

OnePlus added the AI Eraser feature with OxygenOS 14 earlier this year for photos. With the latest upgrade, AI clear face and AI Best face features have also been added for the perfect face so that users’ faces can appear much better in any photo. It also improves all types of colors, blush and natural colors. 

AI Eraser

The brand already rolled out this feature in the device a long time ago, but now its upgraded version is being added to the upcoming device so that users can use it to remove unwanted details from the photo. It recognizes objects of different categories, including people, pets, flowers, and buildings, but it is also adept at removing passersby with an AI eraser. 

AI clear face

When it comes to detail in the photo, all the photos need to be edited; to eliminate this, the brand has created an AI-clear face. After using this feature, the user will not need any editing. This feature also works during group photo shots from the front camera. Through this optimization mode, you can select photos with up to ten people in the album and make details like facial shape, hair, and eyebrows beautiful. 

AI best face

This feature will help you when a member in a group photo closes his eyes, and it will fix it. This feature will be available through an OTA software update later this year.

OnePlus AI Toolbox

AI Toolbox includes features like AI Writer, AI Speak, and AI Summary, which are given below in the details

• AI Writer—This feature will give you a recommendation that appears on the sidebar while writing a message or social media post, which can also help you a lot. 

• AI Speak and AI Summary – Through this feature, if you are reading instead of tying, the sidebar suggests AI Speak and AI Summary. If you help quickly understand what you are reading on your web browser, saving you valuable time. 

• AI recording Summary— OnePlus’s new GenAI feature of AI recording Summary will save a summary of your recording meeting, interview, or voice notes in the Notes app. It can also conveniently provide details like a highlighted to-do list, time, and location in the Notes App. With the help of this feature, you can also multitask.  

• AI Link Boost— This feature easily supports this digital connectivity. With a 360-degree surround antenna solution, it includes nine separate antennas capable of enhancing signal reception and optimizing network selection. This feature intelligently recognizes your network status and switches between them to keep your connection reliable.

OnePlus AI features in the devices

The OnePlus Nord 4 includes various AI features, such as AI Eraser 2.0, AI Smart Cutout 2.0, AI Clear Face, AI Speak, AI Summary, AI Writer, Recording Summary, and AI Link Boost. Apart from this, only the AI Best Face on the rear and front camera will be available through an OTA update later this year. 

On the other hand, AI Eraser 2.0, AI Smart Cutout 2.0, and scanning documents are also available in the OnePlus Pad 2. Recording Summary will also be available on the device after some time. Moreover, AI Speak, AI Summary, and AI Writer will soon be available on the device through an OTA update later this year.
