Users are expected to also get free screen replacement And free phone cleaning and maintenance service at OnePlus service centers in India. After this, Samsung also announced that it would give free screen replacement once green lines appeared on its device after the first update. 

In addition, the brand is rolling out a free screen diagnostics and service initiative that includes three levels of services: an inspection of the screen’s performance and reliability. After the second screen upgrade and replacement, users will get a new, upgraded display panel. After this, a deep cleaning service ensures that it works optimally.

The Company has reportedly confirmed that “devices with human-inflicted damage, such as a fall or liquid ingress, are not eligible for this free upgrade and must be repaired through our standard after-sales service.” This special free screen upgrade from The Company is currently limited to Indian users, but it is likely to offer such benefits in other regions like the US in the future.
