Last month, Xiaomi Mix Flip 4 and Mix Flip were launched in China, and a report reveals that Mix Flip will be released globally. There may also be slight changes in Xiaomi Mix Flip RAM, storage, and color variants, and this device can come in three configurations.
The Xiaomi Mix Flip includes a 6.78-inch foldable LTPO AMOLED screen with a resolution of 1224 x 2912 pixels. The outer screen will be a 4-inch AMOLED screen with a resolution of 1392 x 1208 pixels. Both screens come with a 120-Hz refresh rate.
The device’s dual camera setup may include a 50 MP OmniVision OVX8000 Leica-engineered primary camera and a 50 MP OmniVision OV60A telephoto camera with 2x optical zoom, while the front may have a 32 MP OmniVision camera.
Under the hood, the Xiaomi Mix Flip will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, and the software will rely on HyperOS UI based on Android 14. The device may pack a 4780 mAh battery with 67W charging. It may also feature a side-facing fingerprint scanner for security.
According to a post, the Xiaomi Mix Flip will be available in 12GB and 16GB LPDDR5x RAM variants for global versions and will also be launched in UFS 4.0 storage variants like 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB. These storage variants can also rely on UFS storage expression or virtual RAM.
The Xiaomi Mix Flip will be launched globally in black, white, and purple color options and may also include Panda-X Glass. This device may also have a special edition of nylon fiber. It is expected to be officially launched this month or in September. There is no information on the price of the device.
