OnePlus Open 2 Could Be the Thinnest Foldable Device Ever

According to a post, OnePlus’s next foldable is coming soon, and it could be the OnePlus Open 2. The device is expected to be priced at Rs. 1,39,990 in India and powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 gen 4 chipset. It could also get an Android 15 update later. 


OnePlus Open 2 Thinnest Device Ever

The device could have a 2K inner folding screen. It is said to have a 7.84-inch Super Fluid AMOLED screen, 2268 x 2240 pixels resolutions, 425 ppi, a dual display with Dolby Vision, a 120 Hz refresh rate, and a 240 Hz touch sampling rate. This device can use Corning Gorilla Glass Vivitus for screen protection. 

This device can have a triple rear camera setup and a 50 MP main camera using a Sony Sensor. Additionally, it can have a periscope telephoto camera and a large circular camera island. The device can have a 32 MP dual camera on the front. This OnePlus Open 2 can also get improved dust and water resistance. The device can get a three-step alert slider.

This phone’s thickness is 9mm, but despite this, it can use a 6000 mAh battery, for which 100W SUPERVOOC Fast Charging and 10W reverse Charging are also likely to be available. It seems it will be released between January and March and debut first in the Chinese market. After that, it will be launched in the international markets.
