Samsung Galaxy S25 vanilla spotted on Geekbench with 12GB RAM
Samsung’s next major flagship is from the Galaxy S lineup, the Galaxy S25 series. It is expected that the company may introduce the next flagship series in January. Earlier, there were reports circulating about the Galaxy S25 Ultra storage expansion. It was expected to be available with 16 GB, which is also a good new for the Ultra fans, but now Samsung will also bring the 12 GB variant for the base variants.

Which processor is arriving with the Galaxy S25?

But on the contrary, there is a possibility that Samsung may introduce the Exynos processor with the devices. So currently there is no certainty which processor will come, but according to the Geekbench survey, the Qualcomm chipset is giving good scores, so the possibility is high that Samsung will use the SoC for the entire series.
