OnePlus 7, 7 Pro, 7T, 7T Pro brings August 2021 patch, Bitmoji AOD, and Nord 2 gets gaming optimizations
OnePlus is rolling out a new software update to the OnePlus 7, OnePlus 7 Pro, OnePlus 7T, OnePlus 7T Pro, and OnePlus Nord 2. OxygenOS 11.0.3.1 is now rolling out to the OnePlus 7 Pro and OnePlus 7. The update brings the Bitmoji AOD feature to the phones and the August 2021 security patch.
While the update for the Nord 2 is labeled OxygenOS 11.3.A.10, and it seems to already be rolling out according to some user reports. It’s a 245MB download when you get it.

OnePlus 7 series August 2021 update
As we all know the Bitmoji feature, which is already available on the OnePlus 9 series and 8 series. After you update your OnePlus 7 device to the latest OxygenOS 11.0.3.1, you will be able to use the Bitmoji feature. You can find this feature by heading to Settings > Customization > Clock on ambient display > Bitmoji.
It also adds the latest August security patch to the devices, the ability to take screenshots of Always-On Display, and NFC stability optimizations.
OnePlus Nord 2 August 2021 update
OnePlus Nord 2 latest update comes with battery optimizations for PUBG and other gaming titles, which should hopefully put an end to the unusually high battery drain some people saw when gaming. You should see some improvements after updating to OxygenOS 11.3.A.10. Elsewhere, the face unlock bug has been fixed, the camera app stability has been further improved, and the security patch level has been bumped to August 2021.
