Nothing Phone (1), the first smartphone from the UK – based consumer technology company by Carl Pei, could launch soon. The date is yet to be officially confirmed by the brand, but a fresh leak suggests the Nothing Phone 1 might launch on July 21.

Nothing Phone (1) is one of the highly-anticipated smartphones of the year. It is headed by former co-founder of OnePlus, Carl Pei, who previously has teased design inspiration and approach for the company’s first smartphone.

According to a recent tweet by (official) Nothing, the Nothing Phone (1) will come equipped with a transparent back and a recycled aluminum mid-frame. It will have an impressive front as it does not have a chin, meaning it will be equipped with a super-slim bottom bezel.

Nothing has previously stated that the Phone (1) will run the Nothing OS. It will get three years of OS updates and four years of security updates. Not much is known about the other specifications, although it is online chatter that this first-gen device might take the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 SoC up and have wireless charging.
