Nothing released the September 2024 update for its device, Nothing Phone 1, which adds several changes and includes fixes, system updates, security, and privacy. Earlier, Nothing also fixed the camera of its device through an update, and a separate update was released for battery optimizations.
Nothing Phone 1 September Update
A change to the pop-up view is also added for easy access to information without leaving any app. To use it, some changes have to be made in the settings. After that, it will provide incoming notifications by swiping down. You can toggle it through Settings > System > Pop-up view. After this update, vibration can also be enabled for third-party apps during calls in Nothing Phone 1
For this, Nothing Phone 1 users have to toggle through Settings > Sound and Vibration > Vibration. In addition, the battery and pedometer widgets can now be displayed on the lock screen and are always on display. The bug fixes include enhanced NFC stability for more reliable connections and improved speed of the Bluetooth tile toggle in Quick Settings.
Additionally, a number of issues have been fixed, including some carriers being unable to send multimedia messages and failing to register for VoWiFi, call ringing volume being too low when using the speaker, and the flashlight tile being missing in Quick Settings.
