How to view Screen Time On Your Samsung Galaxy Phone: 

  • Open Settings.
  • Go to Digital Wellbeing and parental controls.
  • Tap on Digital Wellbeing.
  • Under Your Goals, select Screen Time.
  • Here, tap on Set goal, Choose your desired amount of hours and minutes for your screen time goal. Tap Done.
