Under the hood, it will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor paired with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage.
It will rely on Android 14-based ColorOS. The device will pack a massive 9,510mAh battery with 67W wired fast charging. The tablet will feature an 8-megapixel front camera and a 13-megapixel rear camera. The Pad 3 may feature an all-metal body with a sleek design and come in multiple colour options. The Oppo Pad 3 also supports the Oppo Pencil 2 with a linear motor.
