Realme has added some new features to some of its devices that can improve security and privacy. This feature is available for Realme 11 Pro, 11 Pro+, and 12 Pro+ devices. In this new feature, when someone other than the user tries to use the phone, the front camera will turn on, and the content of the banner notification will be hidden.

This new intelligent anti-peeping function uses the front sensor to perform AI recognition of the face. It also requires certain requirements for the viewing angle (FOV) of the front camera. If the viewing angle is too small, the recognition rate may also be affected.

How To Use

First of all, you must go to settings and notifications and touch the status bar to hide the notifications. Before turning it on, you have to enter the face data according to the system prompt, after which this function will turn on.

It is worth noting that this function only supports inputting face data and can also be used for the smart notification hiding function, but it has nothing to do with face unblocking. It has yet to be confirmed when this feature will be rolled out.
