OnePlus 12 Gets Stable Update Android 15 based OxygenOS 15

OnePlus has released the Android 15-based OxygenOS 15 stable update for its device, OnePlus 12. This update includes new features, security, and privacy. It has been released for India, Europe, North America, and all global levels.

The most important change in this update is in the animations, which include a state-of-the-art system graphics engine and improved rendering. This ensures smooth, seamless visuals even when multitasking. It expands elements like parallel processing widgets, components, and folders. 

It also has new icons and designs on the home screen that ensure better properties and vibrant colors for sharper, fuller visuals. It has updated many system function icons to improve visual uniformity, which enhances the entire system’s aesthetics. Smoothness, continuity, and uniformity can also be seen in this new update. 

It has also added some new themes which can provide a wide selection of high-quality options. It enables system wallpaper and personal photo customization for a unique, personalized experience. It also has some improved Always on Display, lock screen, and home screen features. 

Apart from this, it can also get support like lock screen clock color blending, glass texture, blurred wallpaper, AI depth effect, and AI auto fill. It also has better glass patterns and blurred wallpapers for the home screen. It also gets fluid and seamless transition animations on Always on Display, lock screen, and home screen in the Flux theme. 

The new Fluid Cloud enhances app compatibility, better supporting foreign apps like Spotify, Swiggy, and Zomato. Its design focuses on efficient information visualization, which will give balanced and streamlined performance. It allows interaction capsules with alerts to expand into detailed cards by tapping them, which gives efficient access to many live activities by swiping in the status bar. 

This new animation system features a fluid, elastic design with dynamic blur effects, making card visuals more intuitive and refined. Additionally, this new skin ensures reversible photo editing capabilities and creative flow. It also has a new floating window gesture that can be turned on or off as the user wishes. 

It also has a new split mode, allowing access to the notification drawer and quick settings. The quick settings have also been redesigned for a more attractive layout, which also gives smooth and refined animations. It has a new ‘Charging Limit’ feature that stops charging at 80%, which will help increase battery life and reduce degradation. 

It also features improved Holo Audio for online calls and meetings, capable of delivering a richer and more immersive sound quality. It also features an Always-on display and lock screen clock style. The new home screen clock widget offers resizing. 

Its calculator will pop up when you input “1++,” reflecting OnePlus’ enduring Never Settle philosophy. It also features new wallpapers to complement the signature OnePlus Style. An integrated hub for the device’s safety features brings together emergency calls, disaster alerts, safety checks, and quick access to first aid information.  

To improve device privacy, users can now store images, videos, and documents in a private safe, which simplifies data organization. Also, a new home screen shortcut for hidden apps provides quick access by tapping the folder and verifying the privacy password. Wi-Fi networks have been optimized for a seamless, efficient, and accurate multi-network experience.
