In afresh, there has been a hot claim regarding Xiaomi’s MIUI. It was claimed that the company would switch its ancient MIUI to the MiOS operating system. However, it seems that all these claims are totally senseless and untrue. Because for now, the brand ‘Xiaomi’ is testing MIUI 15 updates.

It is expected that the company will officially roll out its major MIUI 15 update along with the forthcoming Xiaomi 14 series. Jumping on the probability of a MiOS operating system in the future, so for now, unluckily, there is no information.

In the scenario, if this comes true, this switch may take place in China. MiOS would not be available globally. The news indicates that MiOS might probably be released to users in China as an Android-based operating system in the future. But noticeably, this is a possibility only for the future times. At the moment, the company is focusing on optimising MIUI 15.

Previously, Digital Chat Station revealed that MIUI 14 would be the last official MIUI version of the company. Based on this revelation, there have been a few claims regarding the future of MiOS. But as the company already started its testing for the upcoming MIUI 15, it’s clear that all these claims are not accurate.

For various smartphones, MIUI 15 is being developed internally. However, it has yet to be officially confirmed exactly when the MIUI 15 will take the floor because it’s still in the developing stage for multiple Xiaomi smartphones; for instance, Xiaomi 13, Xiaomi 13 Ultra, Redmi k60, MIX Fold 3 and many more For now, it appears that all the claims regarding the future of MiOS are false.

However, it has yet to be discovered that the company might switch to an operating system named MiOS in the future. The reports indicate that MIUI 15 will be launched at the End of October.
