After Motorola, now Oppo has also passed the MIL-STD- shock-resistance test. The brand will also launch this device in India under the name of Oppo K12x 5G, but there is less chance of it being launched in China. The design of the new Oppo K12 has also been changed, and its size is slightly different. More durability can be expected from this device.

The Oppo K12x may also feature a 6.67’’ LCD with HD+ resolution and a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz. It may also feature splash touch technology that allows you to operate the screen with wet hands. In addition, the chipset may use Dimensity 6300, which can be paired with 6/128GB or 8/256 GB memory. This storage can be expanded to 1 TB via a hybrid dual slot. 

The phone may also get IP65 certification, which protects it from water and dust. The phone is just 7.68mm thick and weighs 186 grams. Under the hood, the device uses a 5,100mAh battery to support 45W superVOOC charging. For the camera, the device can get a 32 MP f/1.8 main camera and 2 MP depth sensor on the back, while on the front, there is an 8 MP f/2.0 selfie camera. 

The Oppo K12x may run ColorOS 14 on top of Android 14. The Oppo K12x 5G will be available in two colors options: Breeze blue and Midnight violet. It may be priced at INR 12,999 or INR 15,999 Rs. in India, and it will go on sale starting on August 2 via Flipkart, Oppo India and selected offline stores.
