Samsung Galaxy S21 Update Info: One UI & Latest Security Patch
Samsung launched the Galaxy S21 series on the rise in the year 2021. The flagship has a total of three devices as usual (Vanilla, Plus, and Ultra) and a Fan Edition (FE) variant. It was introduced with Android 11 with a layer of One UI 3.1. All three devices of the series were revealed at the Unpacked event held by Samsung on 14 January 2022, while the Fan Edition was unveiled at Samsung’s CES on 3 January 2022.
All of these devices’ international and Korean models feature the Exynos 2100 SoC, and on the other hand, device models from the U.S, Canada, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Japan regions have the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chipset in them. The Galaxy S21, S21+, and S21 Ultra contain the Dynamic AMOLED 2X display of 6.2, 6.7, and 6.8 inches, respectively. Leaving the Ultra device with curved sides, the other two devices have flat sides.

The base and plus devices have a total of 8GB RAM, but the Ultra device has 12GB RAM in it, while the internet storage of 128GB is the same in all three devices. Besides, some other variants of these have got 256GB of internal storage also. If we leave all two devices behind, the Galaxy S21 Ultra device’s variant has a total of 512GB of internal Storage. The Galaxy S21, S21+, and S21 Ultra got 4,000 mAh, 4,800 mAh, and 5,000 mAh of batteries, respectively.
Coming to the camera quality, all of these have a triple camera setup on the back in which the base and plus devices have a 64MP sensor while the Ultra device has a 108MP quality camera. The quality of the telephoto and ultrawide camera in the base and plus variant is 12MP, and the Ultra device has got 10MP quality which is lower than the rest two. Those devices have recently received the Android 13 and One UI 5.0 updates. Now let’s have a look at all the updates this device has got till now.
