Samsung Released August 2023 Security Update For Galaxy S22, S20, A34
Samsung has started giving its August 2023 update, and now it is constantly rolling out updates to all its Galaxy devices from the line. Currently, the brand picked its latest mid-range Galaxy A34 5G, alongside flagship devices, the Galaxy S22 and Galaxy S20 series, for the latest August 2023 security update. These updates are available in different regions.
The latest mid-range Galaxy A34 5G gets its August 2023 security update with its identification build number, which is as A346MUBS3AWH1 firmware version and, for now, only available on the device in Latin American countries. On the other hand, the brand offers this new update to Galaxy S22 with its unique firmware S901BXXS6CWGA version; for Galaxy S22+, the build code is S906BXXS6CWGA firmware version; and for Galaxy S22 Ultra, the version number is S908BXXS6CWGA. And at the moment, this August 2023 security update is only available in Europe with an installation size of 264.01MB.
The update for the Galaxy S20 series has arrived with the G98xFXXSIHWH1 firmware version in Brazil with an installation package of 200MB.
According to what is mentioned in Samsung’s document page, this update fixes dozens of flaws; all the bugs and known issues get fixed with it, which were present in the previous version and were causing trouble and interruption while performing the system’s functionality.
However, nothing big or new changes have arrived with this update; it only improves the system security, which will increase the safety and privacy option for the users. So now they will get a more secure experience.
