Google Chrome, despite its success as a search engine, has encountered some issues. The team at Mountain View has been diligently working to address these bugs, aiming to enhance the user experience. As part of these efforts, they have introduced a new feature that not only resolves specific bugs but also includes some small enhancements, promising a faster and more enjoyable browsing experience.

Google Chrome Minimized Custom Tabs

Google Chrome, always striving to enhance user experience, has introduced a new feature-the Minimized Custom Tab. This innovative solution allows all users to seamlessly switch between apps and web content. Here’s how it works: with a simple tap on the Tab button in the Chrome custom tab bar, the tab minimizes into a compact, floating picture-in-picture window. This window can be moved around the screen, resized, and even interacted with, providing a unique browsing experience

This development is a game-changer, making multitasking a breeze. Users can now effortlessly search multiple things in the tab by interacting with the floating window. While these features have always been available, they were marred by bugs and threads, causing minor interruptions. With these issues resolved, Google Chrome is set to captivate its users with a smoother, more convenient browsing experience.

According to Mountain View, this change will be available on the browser level, and developers using Chrome Custom tabs must have received this update as version M124. To use it, users can download the latest available version for Android from the Google Play Store
