Honor has confirmed the launch of the Honor 200 5G series in India on July 18. It has also announced the launch of several devices, including the Honor MagicPad 2, in China on July 12. Additionally, the Honor MagicPad 2 has now been spotted on the UAE’s TDRA certification websites, confirming that the device will launch globally.
The TDRA listing of the Honor MagicPad 2 has the model number ROD2-WO9, and the website mentions a Wi-Fi-only variant of the upcoming device. The Wi-Fi-only variant is expected to be launched globally. Honor MagicPad 2 will be available for pre-orders in China. It is speculated that it will be available in three colours and four configurations.
These colour options may include Sky Blue, Moon Shadow, and Starry Black, while the four configurations may include 8/256 GB, 12/256 GB, 16/512 GB, and 16/1 TB.
According to a leak, the Honor MagicPad 2 will feature a 12.3-inch OLED screen that offers 3K resolutions with a 144Hz refresh rate and ultra-high-frequency eye protection dimming. Its display will also include HDR capabilities.
The Honor MagicPad 2 will have a Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor for the chipset. The device’s camera is rumoured to have a 50 MP primary camera with OIS support, which is also likely to have 3.5K optical zoom and a periscope telephoto camera.
