Realme is preparing to launch its next flagship device, the Realme GT 7 Pro and rumours have leaked that it will be equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor. Realme GT 7 Pro Launch Details
According to tipster DCS, the global variant of the Realme GT 7 Pro may use a customized Samsung display. According to a tipster, the device can also offer a peak brightness HBM of 2000 nits. The screen is also expected to support up to 120 Hz or 140 Hz refresh rates. Compared to the display of the OnePlus 13, it appeared brighter in the direct sunlight.
On the other hand, the OnePlus 13 is likely to have the same 1600 nits of global peak brightness as the BOE X2 display. The device also shows better brightness and visibility in sunlight. Moreover, the phone’s chipset has not been unveiled, but it may be the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 or Snapdragon 8 Elite.
The chipset uses a completely improved core architecture capable of controlling power efficiency and heating. This chipset would ensure fast performance, multitasking, high-end gaming, AI capabilities, etc., because its clock speed can reach up to 4.32 GHz. A report claimed that the CPU reached over 98 C in normal use, which could prove harmful to the device.
Most of the 2024 flagship models are packing bigger batteries, which could be due to the Cortex-X925 Prime Core. Realme is also expected to adopt silicon-carbon anode battery technology to keep the phone sleek and light. However, the Realme GT 7 Pro may have a bigger 6000 mAh battery. According to DCS, it is a 6-cell battery that can charge fast. This battery can also get 120W charger support, revealed by 3C certifications.
