Nothing has introduced a much-awaited update for its entire line of earbuds. The update brings touch gesture support that significantly enhances the user experience and adds more intuitive ways to control audio and device interactions. The latest update hits the CMF Buds Pro 2, Nothing Ear, and Nothing Ear (a).

Official Version

  • CMF Buds Pro 2 – Version: 0.0.7.9
  • Nothing Ear – Version: 1.0.1.54
  • Nothing Ear (a) – Version: 1.0.1.46

A touch gesture has been added to activate the AI News functions. The feature allows users to control playback, volume, and the voice assistant with a simple tap or swipe on the earbuds. Users can now pause or play music, skip tracks, adjust volume, or take calls without touching their phones.

This new update allows for a more seamless and convenient hands-free experience. Touch gestures are designed to be intuitive and responsive, taking advantage of the target earbuds’ touch sensitivity. Nothing also comes with Bluetooth stability and latency improvements through the update, which ensures better connectivity and better synchronization between audio and video.

Changelog

  • Touch gestures were added to trigger the AI News function.
