Google Play Store is not displaying system app updates
Google Play store plays a key role in providing the app downloading and updates service for Android smartphones, but due to some issues, the application is no longer showing the system app updates.
According to the report, the issue is encountered in the pending download screen; in simple words, the updates that are available for different applications are not showing up there.
It is worth noticing that the issue has been around for a long time; more specifically, the issue was first reported earlier last month. Due to this bug, users are having trouble updating the application to the latest version in some scenarios.
Initially the issue was spotted with certain system apps, including settings services and Google Wi-Fi provisioner, but now the bug is expanded to more applications.
The issue is still being encountered with the preinstall system aplicatiion, including Youtube as well.
If you are also getting the same issues on your device, then the other way is to go with the direct link from the Play Store, which will allow you to update the application to the latest version.
