Samsung Electronics recently introduced the ‘Astrophotography’ camera feature in the Galaxy S22 devices. This new feature will come with an updated version of Expert RAW and a new app called Camera Assistant. With this update, users will be able to capture the moments of the Galaxy with a professional touch.

Previously, the Galaxy S22 range got an advanced Nightography feature that makes you capable of capturing professional-looking shots. Now the company provided an update of Expert RAW and has taken it to the next level with this brand new feature, ‘Astrophotography’, which takes clear and beautiful photos of dark sky activities.

To use this feature, users first need to turn the Sky Guide mode on that and pin the target’s location like a Nebula, Group of stars, Constellation, etc. It also provides a multi-exposure feature that lets the user capture multiple shots of the same scene and then overlay the images to combine them into a single standout shot.

For your information, the South Korean Manufacturer earlier provided a feature named ‘Camera Assistant’, which is included in the Samsung Good Look suite. It can control the automatic HDR effect, smoothen the texture of the picture, reduce battery use and deduct the blur effect while capturing moving objects.

The South Korean Giant at present provides this ‘Astrophotography’ feature to Galaxy S22 range devices only running on One UI 5 or later User Interface. The timing of availability of this may be different according to the region, device model, and network providers.
