Android Auto is made to help you focus on the drive, allowing you to connect your phone to your car display – your Android apps show up on the screen just like that. You can Tap to get driving directions or talk to send a text. Even call your family, friends, and others hands-free. Now, Google’s navigation app, Waze, lacks support for the platform refresh. So, Waze has started rolling out a new beta update for Android Auto to support the Coolwalk.

For your information, let us tell you that the Android Auto “CoolWalk” dashboard update has been released for a few months, and it is still rolling out depending on the devices and regions.

Android Auto Coolwalk:

In May, Google announced the new Android Auto Coolwalk UI at the Google I/O event. The new Android Auto user interface completely changes and redesigns the previously available UI. It comes with several new and innovative features to make the multitasking experience even better. Moreover, it is more refined, stable, polished, simple, clean, and sleek than the previous version.

Android Auto “Coolwalk” Update:

According to the information, the support for the Android Auto “Coolwalk” dashboard first appeared in the Waze beta in late January, but it was not available to all users. Now, Waze’s latest beta update is rolling out, supporting Android Auto “CoolWalk.”

As reported by a Reddit user, the latest update has arrived via Play Store with version 4.93.5.X. However, the beta program is currently complete; please wait for the next beta update. The functionality was removed in the first place due to some bugs, but it’s great to see it restored.

Apart from this, the latest update for Android Auto brings some general improvements to enhance the performance and stability of the app. Although this update does not include any new features or changes, after updating the app, you will indeed feel better while using it.
