iOS 17 brings several new features alongside the Contact Posters feature, providing a new approach to expressive communication. With this feature, users can customize their appearance, give a completely new look to incoming calls, choose beautiful treatments for photos or Memoji, and have attractive typography and font colors. Moreover, this new feature will also be available for third-party calling apps.

 iOS 17: To Create Contact Poster On iPhone

First of all, open the Phone app on your iPhone and go to the Contacts tab. At the top, tap on your Contact card and go to the Contact photo and poster section; click the Edit button here. Now you can follow the steps below to create Contact Poster and customize your iPhone’s font, image, and background.

  • After clicking on the Edit button, tap on the Plus (+) button at the bottom
  • Now Choose your Poster between Camera, Photos, Memoji, and Monogram.
  • Swipe horizontally to change styles.
  • To change your name’s style, typeface, and color, tap at the top.
  • When you’re done, hit the Done button in the top right corner.
  • Finally, click on the Continue button.

In addition to the Contact Posters, iOS 17 upgrades the communications experience across FaceTime and Messages, makes sharing even easier with AirDrop, and provides more intelligent input that improves the speed and accuracy of typing.
