Samsung released the Galaxy S23 series (S23, S23+, S23 Ultra) with superb 8K 30 fps video quality in February 2023; this quality won the hearts of the fan community. And now, this Galaxy S23 flagship series gets its July 2023 security patch, but unfortunately, the brand has withdrawn this video quality with this update.
If reports are to be believed, Samsung has turned off the 8K 30 fps quality, High Bitrate Video option for the users of the Galaxy S23 series. Some users say the option was finely available after the launch, but it disappeared as soon as they installed the June 2023 security Patch.
Currently, users who want to use 8K quality still, high-bitrate video can get this option in the camera setting by choosing the “Advanced Video” option.
However, some of the fans complained, in which they suspected that because of the high bitrate video of Galaxy S23, 8K 30 fps video can blunder sometimes. This could also be the reason why this amazing 8K 30 fps, high bitrate video option has been removed after the latest update.
Samsung has updated the Galaxy S23 camera with its June 2023 patch with the identification build number of 13.1.01.28 firmware. And after installing this update, unfortunately, the fan community lost 8K 30 fps video quality.
Moreover, Samsung has not said anything on this matter yet, so why has the brand turned off this ordinary feature, and also, can this feature come back in future updates? Now fans can only wait for the official reply from Samsung; only then will it be known why this happened.
