At A Glance Widget Will Support ‘About The Content

At a Glance is Grabbing its new update, by which it gets an “About this content” facility. This will offer more customization facilities to the users for At a Glance as per their convenience and to enhance the experience. 

At the top of the Pixel Launcher, by just long-pressing “At a Glance,” it displays a new “About this content” section exceeding the existing “Customise.” On sliding up an “At a Glance content” panel which puts into words how “The recent content is being displayed using information from the user’s smartphone and their activity in Google products.” 

Although, when just the temperature is displayed, Google is mindful that all the weather information is from weather.com, and At a Glance finds the use of location for the weather. And for more information, “Learn more” takes the users to a support article, which is the official article of the company. 

At the bottom side, Google helps to link the existing settings page with the numerous on or off toggles; also, they can customize the updates and information shown by At a Glance. This content for At a Glance becomes visible on the devices running on Android 14, and after updating, this change will appear with the unique version code, which is as U.6.play store—pixel 7.551778374 of Android System Intelligence. 

The update allows users to mark content suggestions if they are helpful or not practical. Behind this change, the company aims to make At a Glance better understandable. With this update, the day, date, and weather are placed side by side, and there are better uses of space.
