After releasing the One UI 5.1.1 update to the Galaxy A54, Galaxy A53, and Galaxy A23, Samsung has released the latest version of One UI to two more mid-range smartphones: Galaxy A71 5G and Galaxy A51 5G. The One UI 5.1.1 update is rolling out to the Galaxy A71 and Galaxy A51 5G in the US.
The One UI 5.1.1 update for the Galaxy A71 5G and A51 5G comes with firmware versions A516VSQU8GWH2 and A716VSQU8GWH2 and is available at Verizon. Other US carriers will get the update in the next few days.
On the flip side, The Galaxy A71 5G in other carriers is being updated to the August 2023 security patch with an update that bumps its firmware version to A716USQUAGWH6. This update is currently available in T-Mobile, Sprint, US Cellular, and Dish Wireless. Both these smartphones will get this update in other countries in the next few days.
According to the Verizon changelog, the Galaxy A71 5G and Galaxy A51 5G smartphone users are getting One UI 5.1.1, with enhancements to Gallery, Quick Share, Samsung Health, Device Care, Mobile Hotspot, and more.
Additionally, this latest One UI update also installs the August 2023 security patch, which fixes over 70 issues related to Samsung Members, Internet, Galaxy Store, and others to deliver a smooth and bug-free experience. Furthermore, it enhances the system security, stability, and performance of the device.

Additionally, Samsung is beta testing the One UI 6 build on Galaxy A54 and Galaxy A34 smartphones in some countries as the device is eligible for Android 14 OS.
